Most of my working life has been either office supplies and furniture, or construction and trim carpentry / cabinetmaking. I like the hands-on nature of walking into an empty space, and leaving it changed for the better.

I started in office supplies and furniture in 1977, right out of high school, and before Post-it Notes and cell phones. My first boss was BIG on training, not in “sales techniques” but in product knowledge – and because of that, I’ll wager that I can pick something off of your desk and show you that it can do something of which you were unaware! When it comes to furniture, I have assembled, installed, and repaired office furniture for over 40 years – giving me the inside track on knowing the features and quality of everything I sell, without leaving you to discover things the hard way, after the sale.

My wife, Lori Lee, and I live on 16 acres in the countryside outside of Newark – raising a few cows, sheep, chickens, ducks, dogs, and 3 kids that are “launching” into their own lives and careers. Lori Lee was a firefighter for 29 years, and just recently retired from her post-retirement job with Homeland Security / Emergency Management.
