Indoff has hundreds of Sales Partners all across the US and Canada in Material Handling, Commercial Interiors, Business Products, Facility Solutions, Energy Solutions and Promotional Products. If you are an experienced outside rep in one of our industries looking to gain independence or a small business owner looking to shed the financial and back office headaches of running a business, Indoff could be a great fit for you.
We look for certain qualifications in a rep or owner that gives that person the best chance to succeed as an Indoff Partners. The Indoff Partner Program Qualifications are as follows:
– Minimum 3 years of outside sales experience in Material Handling, Commercial Interiors, Business Products, Facility Solutions, Lighting and Energy Solutions, or Promotional Products.
– Minimum 250k in gross sales
– Experience selling similar products and vendors that Indoff markets (see Vendor opportunities for list of vendors)
– Ability to work independently outside of a traditional office environment

Josh joined Indoff in 2013 as part of the acquisition of Allied Appliance and was paramount to Indoff’s acquisition of Absocold, a manufacturer of refrigerators and microwaves, in 2017. In 2025, Josh was promoted to President of Indoff, where he collaborates closely with Indoff’s Partners and Marketing department to develop and implement strategies that enhance the Indoff brand. Josh’s leadership and industry knowledge are instrumental in ensuring Indoff remains a leading provider of business solutions nationwide.
